We are Sawday’s Canopy & Stars Ltd (Company No 09088366) of Merchants House, Wapping Road, Bristol, BS1 4RW.
Canopy & Stars will supply the Customer with books/goods via this website on the basis only of these Terms and Conditions. See different Terms and Conditions for gift cards.
An Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase books/goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Order will be accepted when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This is unlikely but such a reason may be because the book is out of stock.
Delivery
Your order will usually be processed and dispatched within 5 working days.
Any costs of delivery will be as displayed on this website.
If you live outside of the UK, purchases may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any such taxes in relation to customs clearance must be accepted and paid by you.
If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect your book, or, if we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
Contract
Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought and whether there is anything wrong with it.
If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product/book replaced or to get some or all of your money back).
You may exercise your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.

Refund Payments & Costs
We will pay the costs of return of a book/goods if the products are faulty or misdescribed, or because we have told you of a change to the book/goods, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
In all other circumstances (e.g. you changed your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
The maximum refund amount for delivery costs will be by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
Intellectual property rights
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all books and goods sold by Canopy & Stars shall belong to and continue to belong to the owners of such rights.

Promotional Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Preorder gift cards will issued via email on 29 April. Your gift card code will be unique and this should be used to book online at the point of purchase.
£20 pre-order Gift Cards are valid for any booking made before October 30 2021. The booking must be made within this time, but the stay can fall outside of that date.
If the total value of your stay at a Canopy & Stars place is greater than the Gift Card, the excess is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder.
The Gift Card must not be used alongside any other Gift Card for the same booking.
Gift Cards will be deducted from the total value of the stay at point of booking.
Costs associated with travel to and from the chosen place are the responsibilities of the Gift Card holder.
If booking online, you must enter the unique reference number into the relevant section of the booking form. If phoning to redeem, please say you are using the Gift Card and quote the unique reference number.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
